Planning your dream wedding or event should be stress-free, which is why we’re excited to offer our Set-Up, Styling and Tear-Down package!

Picture this- You show up to your wedding day and everything is perfectly placed. You and your new spouse have the wedding of your dreams without lifting a finger. If you want to avoid setting up and tearing down, this package is for you.​

Although no coordination is involved, this setup + tear-down package will set you up for success. The Dream Day team will come in, set up your ceremony and reception space, and then step out while you tie the knot and party, party, party!!. Once the dancing has ended and the guests leave, we will come back + tear-down all the decor we set up earlier in the day. 

This service is available as an add-on for our clients; it starts at $400, plus delivery. The price will vary depending on the size and specifics of your event, your unique needs, and the wedding season time frame. But don’t fret—we’ll discuss all the details during our meeting, ensuring that everything is tailored to perfection for your special day.

Set Up & Tear Down

Opt for our Set-Up, Styling and Tear Down Package to insure that your event not only begins beautifully but also ends gracefully, without burdening you or your guests. This service is perfect for those who want to fully immerse themselves in their event without the worry of setup or teardown.

Package Features:

  • Complimentary 1-hour initial styling and decor consultation.

  • A follow-up decor review 3-4weeks before your event to finalize details.

  • Comprehensive setup and teardown of all decor items, including both client-provided and Dream Day-provided pieces. (does not include setting flatware or individual assigned seating cards/ tents, marquee set up, setting up of tables and chairs, installations, moving furniture)

  • Access to Dream Day’s comprehensive planning guide to streamline your planning.

Investment: Pricing varies based on the size of the event and decor complexity, starting at $400. Exact costs will be determined based on your specific event details.

We only take on limited Set-Up and Tear Down packages, to ensure all customers receive our full time, talents and availability, so book early so we can schedule in your event!

FAQs about Setup & Tear Down services

  • We serve Freeport, Illinois, Rockford, Illinois and all surrounds including North Western IL and South Western Wisconsin. Areas including Galena, Monroe, Apple River, Davis, Beloit, Janesville, Stockton, Sterling, Belvidere, Lena, and many more areas. Get in touch with us to see if we can help you.

  • Yes, of course. We would be happy to discuss your decor needs and how we can help with a seamless set up and tear-down services for you.

  • All of our rental services are for up to a 4-Day period. We will reach out to you and finalize your order with us approximately 2-3 weeks before your event. We will then schedule in a delivery and pick up time window.

    Deliveries will usually be on a Friday between the hours of 12pm -5pm. Pick ups will then be on Mondays, at a mutually agreed time-window between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

    If delivery or pick up is required outside of these times, we can discuss these needs. Additional after-hours fees will be applied as required for our staff.

  • No, not at all. you do not need to be there while setting up, although you are most welcome to be. We will coordinate a time with your Venue Coordinator or Responsible person to allow for us to arrive and set up. Once set-up is completed will have your Coordinator or Responsible person sign off to make sure everything is perfect for you!

  • Sure thing! Getting an accurate quote for set up and tear down services will depend on a few variables for your event - where the venue is, how many people, size and type of your rental items, any specific after hours times needed.

    But let’s make this easy for you:) Simply send through your requested items for your event using our Wishlist program on our website, and we will get back to you promptly with your rental quote, including any delivery, set-up and tear down services required.
